Iron Eagle KungFu
Iron Eagle Kung-Fu is built on the foundation of Northern Shaolin Eagle Claw Kung-Fu, known for its grappling techniques, joint locks, takedowns, and pressure point strikes. While Eagle Claw is a practical form of self-defense and exercise, Iron Eagle is designed to be more practical for modern-day students. Master Cardona has combined his extensive experience and personal style, adapting it for real-world situations where danger can appear at any moment—whether on the subway, in a busy downtown area, or at a shopping mall with your family. Iron Eagle empowers individuals with a comprehensive self-defense system that blends physical techniques with mental and emotional preparedness.
The program focuses on five key elements: Situational Awareness and De-escalation, which helps students recognize threats and defuse dangerous situations; Physical Techniques, such as effective strikes and escapes from holds; Fitness and Conditioning, with strength and endurance drills to prepare students for high-stress confrontations; Joint Locking and Controlling Techniques, using Chin-na to escape and control opponents; and Mental and Emotional Preparedness, teaching students how to manage fear and stress while improving decision-making skills. Iron Eagle Kung-Fu prepares students to face real-life threats with confidence and resilience, ensuring they're equipped to handle whatever comes their way.
